Starters

Winter vegetable soup with cheese croutons.
Bresaola rolls with cream of goat cheese and rucola, red onion marmelade.
Seared salmon, wasabi mayo, garden leaves, apple compress.
Mushroom and gorgonzola bruschetta, toasted walnuts.


Main

Mixed seafood risotto, fresh tomato, chilli and garlic sauce.
Pizza, buffalo mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, rucola leaves, with or without Parma ham.
Short rib of beef, rich ragout sauce, and mushroom mash.
Loin of cod, pizzaiola sauce, on fennel and potato mash.
Casket of aubergine filled with cheese macaroni.
All the above are served with a choice of seasonal vegetables or salad leaves.


Dessert

Chocolate bar, salty caramel, milky ice cream.
Lemon posset, winter berry coulis.
Hazelnut ice cream drowned in espresso coffee, or Baileys.
Selection of three cheeses with accompaniment’s.
